Engaging Individuals, Families, & Communities in Jewish Life

The Foundation seeks to build and sustain vibrant Jewish life and connected communities that are welcoming to all and inspire Jews to explore the richness Judaism offers. This strategic funding area supports both new and historic institutions that:

  • Center Jewish Connection and Joy

Bringing together Jews in their 20s and 30s to explore their Jewish identities and form meaningful communities and expanding resources and opportunities that engage families with young children in Jewish life in creative and dynamic ways.

  • Showcase Jewish Arts & Culture

Celebrating the Jewish experience in all its richness, diversity, and complexity by elevating contemporary Jewish arts and artists and strengthening the ecosystem of Jewish arts and culture.

  • Combat Antisemitism

Ensuring justice and fair treatment for Jewish communities and fostering respect and understanding through education.

“Judaism brought to light a person’s obligation to create oneself.”
